Ham Scallop Recipe
Prepare to be astounded by the lovely and addictive flavors of this ham scallop! I prefer to make ham scallop as a side dish for all my family get-togethers. A good way to use up pork is to make some delicious ham scallop. Try it and if you adore this ham scallop, then tell your friends about it.
Ingredients
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 small clove garlic, minced
Dash thyme
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream-of-chicken soup
2 cups cooked spaghetti
1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
1 cup canned tomatoes
Directions
Cook mushrooms, onion, green pepper, garlic, and thyme in butter until tender.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake in a 350° F.oven 30 minutes or until cooked through.
This casserole can be prepared in advance, refrigerated and baked at serving time.
Add 15 minutes to baking time.
