 Bread1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Boiling water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cream1 Can (10oz)
 Egg1
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Cooked ham1 pound
 1 pound bulk sausage
 1/4 cup dark com syrup

Directions

1. Combine corn bread stuffing mix with boiling water in a large bowl. Blend in corn, egg and parsley. Add ham and sausage; mix lightly until well-blended.
2. Moisten a 6-cup melon mold or bowl and pack meat mixture firmly into mold: invert loaf onto shallow baking pan
3. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 1 hour and 15 minutes. Brush loaf with syrup and bake 15 minutes longer, or until loaf is well-glazed.
