Ham Salad Jumbos Recipe
Ham salad jumbos are deviled ham and egg sandwiches. Made with a handful of ingredients, the ham salad jumbos are pepped up with mustard and catsup. Cooked in the oven or on a grill, they are good to go!
Ingredients
| Deviled ham | 1 4 1/2 Ounce | |
| 2 to 3 tablespoons chopped sweet pickles | ||
| 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| Catsup | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 4 coney buns, split and buttered | ||
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Fill coney buns and wrap each in aluminum foil, sealing securely.
Place on baking sheet.
Heat in slow oven (300°) 15 minutes, or on edge of grill.
