Ham Rye Sandwiches Recipe

Directions
1. Place mushrooms, onion, garlic and margarine in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 2 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until onion is tender, 2 to 3 minutes longer.
2. Place 1 ham slice on each toast slice. Spoon about 1/4 of mushroom mixture onto ham. Top each sandwich with 2 tomato slices and 1 cheese slice. Arrange sandwiches in circle on paper towel-lined 12-inch plate. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) 1 minute; rotate plate 1/2 turn. Microwave until cheese is melted and filling is hot, 1/2 to 1 minute longer.
