 Cooked ham1 Pound
 Ground pork1/2 Pound
 Lean ground beef1 Pound

 Firmly packed brown sugar1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:)
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:)
 Egg1 , Well beaten (Sauce:)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon (Sauce:)
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon (Sauce:)
 Cider vinegar1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:)
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon (Sauce:)

Directions

Heat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients for ham rolls; mix well.
Using about 1/3 cup mixture for each, shape into 24 rolls, each about 4 inches long.
Place in 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
Sauce: In medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; pour over rolls.
Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
