Ham Rolls With Zippy Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked ham | 1 Pound | |
| Ground pork | 1/2 Pound | |
| Lean ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Graham cracker crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato soup | 10 3/4 Ounce (Sauce:) | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:) | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:) | |
| Egg | 1 , Well beaten (Sauce:) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon (Sauce:) | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon (Sauce:) | |
| Cider vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:) | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon (Sauce:) |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients for ham rolls; mix well.
Using about 1/3 cup mixture for each, shape into 24 rolls, each about 4 inches long.
Place in 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
Sauce: In medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; pour over rolls.
Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
