Ham Roll Ups Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 tablespoons acceptable margarine | ||
| 3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt | ||
| Basil | 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Dill | 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| White bread slice | 8 , thinly sliced | |
| 4 ounces Muenster cheese, sliced into 8 thin pieces | ||
| 8 thin slices low-fat ham (1/2 ounce per slice) | ||
| Asparagus spears | 16 , Defrosted | |
Directions
For dressing, combine first five ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Preheat broiler.
Flatten bread slices slightly with palm of hand.
Spread 1 teaspoon dressing on each side of bread slices.
Place 1 slice each of cheese and ham on top of each slice of bread.
Place 2 asparagus spears on each.
Arrange spears so one tip points left and the other right.
Roll up each piece of bread and secure with a toothpick.
Place on broiler pan and broil 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
