Ham Ring Supreme Recipe
Over the years I have mastered the art of making ham ring supreme which I was taught by my family elders. Never ever miss out on this great ham ring supreme recipe.

Ingredients
2 eggs, hard-cooked
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1 small onion, grated
1 cup ground ham (crab or lobster may be used)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon horseradish
2 tablespoons catsup
Dash of hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions
Slice 1 egg and arrange in oiled, 1-quart ring mold.
Chop remaining egg.
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup water and dissolve over boiling water.
Mix chopped egg, gelatin, celery, onion, ham, lemon juice, horseradish, catsup, hot pepper sauce and 1 teaspoon mustard.
Add salt if needed and pack mixture into ring mold.
Chill until set.
Unmold and serve with mayonnaise seasoned with 1 teaspoon mustard.
