Ingredients

 Cooked ham1 pound
 Ground pork1/2 pound
 Soft breadcrumbs - 1 cup
 Milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg1
 Prepared mustard1 Tablespoon
 Firmly packed brown sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Prepared mustard1 Teaspoon
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (For Cherry Sauce)
 Cornstarch2 Tablespoon (For Cherry Sauce)
 Pitted dark sweet cherries - 1 (16-ounce) can , undrained
 Burgundy or other dry red wine - 1/4 cup

Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2 Lightly grease a 4-cup ring mold.

MAKING
3 In a bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients.
4 Press the mixture into the prepared mold.
5 In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and 1 teaspoon mustard.
6 Crumble over ham ring.
7 Bake for 1 hour.
8 Meanwhile, prepare the cherry sauce: in a small saucepan, add sugar and cornstarch.
9 Drain the cherries well.
10 Gradually add the juice to the sugar mixture, stirring well.
11 Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
12 Stir in the cherries and Burgundy.
13 Cook until heated well.

SERVING
8 Carefully invert the mold onto a serving platter.
9 Serve hot with Cherry Sauce.
