Ham Rabbit Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter -€“ 3 tbsp or Margarine -€“ 3 tbsp | ||
| All-purpose flour -€“ 3 tbsp | ||
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Powdered mustard -€“ ½ tsp | ||
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked ham | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| English muffins | 6 | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Blend flour with paprika and mustard in melted butter.
2. Mix in milk and stirring constantly, cook, to thicken the mixture.
3. Mix in ham along with cheese, season with salt and pepper and heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
SERVING
4. Serve hot between and over the muffins.
