 Pie shell - 1 (10" inch) unbaked
 Eggs4 Large
 Cream cheese8 Ounce
 Light cream1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 To taste
 Pepper1 To taste
 Garlic powder – to taste
 Cayenne - to taste
 Swiss Cheese4 Ounce, grated
 Ham1 Can (10oz), flaked
 Pepper red1/2 To taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, cream cheese, light cream and seasonings to taste.

MAKING
3. into pie shell, layer grated cheese, flaked ham and pepper strips.
4. Pour the beaten egg mixture on top.
5. Place the shell in oven and bake at 350° F for 50 minutes.

SERVING
6. Allow the quiche to cool down for some time before serving.
