Ham Quiche Recipe
This ham quiche recipe is a cheesy meat and vegetable quiche. Made with red bell pepper strips, asparagus and fresh slices leeks, the ham is prepared with an egg mix. Creamy and soft, the ham with the vegetables is baked in a prepared pie crust to finish and serve.
Ingredients
| 1 cup short strips Ham | ||
| 1/3 cup short red bell pepper strips | ||
| Asparagus | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Leek | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 3 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Half and Half | 2 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked | ||
Directions
Combine ham, pepper, asparagus, leek, cheese and flour; toss lightly.
Gently mix eggs and half-and-half.
Add ham mixture to egg mixture, mixing lightly.
Pour mixture into pastry-lined 9-inch quiche dish or pie pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 425°F; reduce heat to 325°F.
Continue baking 20 minutes or until done.
