Ham Poached In Beer With Lime Recipe
Ingredients
| 6-8 lb. cooked or ready-to-eat ham | ||
| Beer | 1 Bottle (1l) | |
| Bay leaves | 3 | |
| Cloves | 6 | |
| 2 limes, cut into quarters | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
MAKING
2) In an aluminum foil, wrap the ham, beer, bay leaves and cloves.
3) Then place over a trivet in a pan and bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
4) Slice and tie a string around the ham.
SERVING
5) Garnish with the lime quarters and serve immediately.
