Ham N Swiss Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup diced fully cooked ham | ||
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1 drop | |
| 5 English muffins, split and toasted | ||
Directions
In a bowl, combine cheese, ham, green pepper and onion.
Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce.
Spread 1/4 cup on each muffin half; place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Broil 5 in.from the heat for 2 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly
