| 6 ounces 95% lean smoked cooked ham, thinly sliced | ||
| 1/2 cantaloupe, seeded | ||
| 1/4 honeydew melon, seeded | ||
Directions
1. Cut the ham slices into 4 x 1-inch strips.
2. Cut the cantaloupe half into 4 wedges, lengthwise. Remove the rind. Cut the honeydew in half lengthwise. Remove the rind. Cut each melon wedge into 1/2-inch-thick slices, crosswise to yield 36 pieces.
3. Wrap a ham strip around each melon piece; secure with a small wooden pick.
