Ham Mousse Recipe
Ham Mousse has a nice taste. Ham Mousse can be prepared quickly. Ham Mousse must be tried by Ham lovers.
Ingredients
6 1/2 oz canned ham flakes
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shallots, minced
1/2 cup celery, minced
1 cup sour cream
Pinch of paprika
1/4 cup cold water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin

Directions
In a bowl, crumble ham flakes with a fork.
Fold in cream cheese and vegetables.
Add sour cream and paprika, mixing until well blended.
Set aside.
In a small saucepan, sprinkle cold water with gelatin.
Over low heat, dissolve gelatin.
Fold into ham mixture.
Pour resulting mousse into an oiled mold.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Fold in cream cheese and vegetables.
Add sour cream and paprika, mixing until well blended.
Set aside.
