Ham Macaroni Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 c. cooked elbow macaroni | ||
| Cooked ham | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1/2 of small jar of diced pimiento | ||
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Cornflakes crumbs | ||
| 2 c. grated cheddar cheesel | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 2 Ounce | |
| Minced parsley | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Milk - enough .added to can of soup to make | ||
| 2 c. liquid | ||
| 1/4 c.of cheese | ||
Directions
Mix ingredients, reserving crumbs and 1/4 c.of cheese.
Pour into buttered 2 qt.baking dish and top with reserved cheese and crumbs.
Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
