Ham Loaf With Whipped Horseradish Sauce Recipe

| Ham | 1/2 Pound | |
| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Creamy Horseradish Sauce:) | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Creamy Horseradish Sauce:) | |
| Ground pork | 1/2 Pound (Creamy Horseradish Sauce:) | |
| 2 eggs, beaten slightly | ||
| Tomato soup | 1/2 Can (10oz), condensed (Creamy Horseradish Sauce:) | |
| Creamy Horseradish Sauce | ||
| Prepared mustard | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Creamy Horseradish Sauce:) | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon (Creamy Horseradish Sauce:) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
Butter a shallow baking pan or cookie sheet.
Cook contents of rice and seasoning packets with water and butter or margarine according to package directions.
Combine ham, pork, eggs, soup and cooked rice.
Mix well.
Shape into 8-1/2" x 6" x 3" loaf in baking pan.
Bake until done, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
