Ingredients
2 pounds (907 g) boneless smoked ham, cut in 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
1 1/2 pounds (681 g) boneless pork, cut in 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
1 medium onion, quartered 18 soda crackers, broken
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup (250 ml) hot milk
1 can (8 ounces or 227 g) sliced pineapple, drained; reserve syrup
1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground cinnamon

Directions
Assemble Food Grinder with Fine Disc.
Grind ham, pork, onion, and soda crackers into bowl.
Add eggs and milk; mix thoroughly.
Shape into a loaf, score top, and set in a 13x9x2-inch (33x23x5 cm) baking pan.
Mix pineapple syrup and cinnamon.
Pour as much over loaf as will be absorbed.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour; baste frequently with remaining syrup.
Garnish with pineapple
