Directions

Mix ham, veal and pork in medium bowl.
Mix eggs, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, onion, 1 teaspoon mustard and pepper.
Stir into meat mixture.
Press into loaf dish, 9 x 5 inches.
Mix brown sugar, 2 tablespoons pineapple juice and 2 teaspoons mustard.
Spread over ham loaf.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) until internal temperature reaches 165°F, 15 to 25 minutes.
Let stand covered with aluminum foil 5 to 10 minutes.
