Ham Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked ham | 3 Pound | |
| Bread crumbs | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Large, diced | |
| Eggs | 4 , beaten | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 1/4 c. tomato soup, undiluted | ||
| Pepper | 1 | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix ground ham breadcrumbs, onion rings, pepper and milk; add it to a large casserole
2. Pour the undiluted soup on top and bake for two hours or less at 325°F
SERVING
3. Serve as appropriate
