Ham Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Ham | 2 Pound | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste, minced | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1 Dash |
Directions
Combine all ingredients, pack in a loaf pan, and bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 1 hour.
Serve with a thin white sauce or mushroom sauce, if desired.
