Ham Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 pound ham
1/2 pound veal
1/4 pound pork
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
Dash of pepper
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup pineapple juice
Directions
Grind ham, veal and pork together into a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs, bread crumbs, milk and pepper.
Combine ingredients well.
Pat mixture into a 1 1/2 quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic loaf pan.
In a small bowl combine mustard and brown sugar.
Spread top of loaf with mustard mixture.
Pour pineapple juice over loaf.
Heat, covered with plastic wrap, on roast for 30 minutes.
Allow to stand 5 minutes
