Ham In Orange Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Long grain rice package | 1 | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 to 1-1/2 lbs. sliced fully cooked ham | ||
| 1 /3 cup frozen orange-juice concentrate | ||
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 /2 Teaspoon | |
| Green onions | 3 , sliced | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Cook contents of rice and seasoning packets with water and 1 tablespoon butter or margarine according to package directions.
In a large skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.
Add ham and heat.
Add orange-juice concentrate, sugar, mustard and green onions.
Stir.
Spoon sauce over ham slices until heated and slightly thickened.
Stir chopped pecans into hot cooked rice.
Serve with ham.
