1 pound dry lima beans
2 ham hocks
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 bay leaf
1 cup water
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce

Soak beans overnight and drain.
