Ham Cups With Curried Peas Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 3 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 pound ground fully cooked ham | ||
| Curried Peas | ||
Directions
In mixing bowl combine egg, milk, soft bread crumbs,onion,and mustard; add ground ham and mix well.
Shape ham mixture into two 4-inch patties; fit each into a 6-ounce custard cup to form a shell.
Cook, uncovered, in countertop microwave oven till meat shells are cooked, about 4 minutes.
Remove from oven; keep warm.
Prepare Curried Peas.
Lift meat shells from custard cups to serving plate; fill with Curried Peas.
