Ingredients

 Peanut2 Teaspoon
 Onion1/2
 Green bell pepper1/2 To taste
 Garlic1/2 Teaspoon, minced
 Chinese Cabbage4
 Mushrooms1/2
 Teriyaki sauce2 Teaspoon
 Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix - 1 packet
 Salt - a dash of it
 Pepper - a dash of it
 Mustard - a dash of it (powdered )
 Ham - 6 ounces,sliced, boiled (thin strips)
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch1 Teaspoon
 Granulated brown sugar - 1 teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1)Take a 12-inch skillet, heat oil in it.
2) Now add onion, green or red pepper, and garlic. 3) Fry quickly by turning frequently, just until pepper softens a litlle.
4) Now add cabbage, mushrooms, teriyaki sauce, broth mix, salt, pepper, and mustard.
5) Fry briefly by turning till the vegetables are soft and-crisp for about 5 minutes.
6) Add ham and cook, mixing all the while, till it well heated for about 3 minutes.
7) In small bowl, mix together water, cornstarch, and sugar, mixing thoroughly to dissolve cornstarch.
8) Now add to ham mixture and cook,mixing all the while till the mixture thickens a little.

SERVING
9) Serve hot.
