Ham Cheese Logs Recipe
Ingredients
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 4 Ounce, shredded | |
| 1 - 8 Oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened | ||
| Deviled ham | 4 1/2 Ounce | |
| Ripe olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
Directions
Have cheddar cheese at room temperature.
In small mixer bowl, beat together cheddar cheese and cream cheese until blended.
Beat in deviled ham; stir in olives and chill.
Shape into two 8 inch long logs.
Roll in pecans.
