 Frozen puff pastry package3/4 , thawed
 Gouda cheese3/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced (Filling:)
 Ham1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced (Filling:)
 Egg yolk1 (Filling:)
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, finely chopped (Filling:)
 Onion1 Tablespoon, finley chopped (Filling:)
 Pinch each of pepper and dried oregano
 Egg1 , beaten (Filling:)

Directions

On a floured surface, roll out pastry dough to a 23x10-inch (58x25-cm) rectangle.
Cut!into about 15 triangles, each with 2 very long sides.
To make filling, combine cheese, ham, egg yolk, parsley, onion, pepper and oregano in a medium bowl.
Place about 2 teaspoons of filling towards bottom of each triangle.
Make a small cut in short side of triangle, and roll into horn shapes; they should be loosely wrapped.
Sprinkle baking sheets with cold water; place horns on dampened baking sheets.
Brush with beaten egg.
Refrigerate 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden.
