Ham Cheese And Potato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked ham | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Processed cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Pimientos | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 6 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled, and diced | ||
| 1 1/2 cups medium white sauce | ||
Directions
Put ham, cheese, and pimientos through food chopper, using medium blade.
Spread mixture in greased baking dish (12 x 7 x 2 inches).
Cover with diced potatoes and pour white sauce over top.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated moderate oven (350F.) for 40 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
