Ham Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups cooked ham, cut up | ||
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 1 can mushroom soup | ||
| 1 cup Superior milk | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of cayenne | ||
| Cooked rice | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup cracker crumbs | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine in pan ham, cheese, soup, milk, onion, mustard and cayenne.
Heat until blended.
Put a layer of rice in bottom of casserole.
Top with layer of ham mixture, then layer of rice.
Continue until all are used, ending with layer of ham.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake in 375°F oven, 30-40 minutes, or until bubbling and browned on top.
