Ham Broccoli Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
| 4 rectangular slices boiled ham (1/4 inch thick) | ||
| Swiss Cheese slice | 4 | |
| Broccoli package | 1 , cooked, drained | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Horse radish | 1 Tablespoon, prepared | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Instant minced onion | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten | ||
| Pineapple juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple slice | 4 , drained | |
Directions
In a shallow, heat-resistant, non metallic baking dish, place ham slices.
Top each ham slice with cheese.
Place cooked broccoli spears on top of each cheese topped ham slice.
Set aside.
In a medium-sized, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl, melt butter, uncovered, on full power 30 seconds.
Blend in the flour, salt, horseradish, mustard, worcestershire sauce and onion.
Set aside.
Combine beaten egg yolk and pineapple juice.
Add pineapple juice mixture to butter mixture.
Blend well.
Stir in milk.
Heat, uncovered, on roast for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce is thick and bubbly.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of sauce over broccoli.
Roll ham and cheese around broccoli and secure with wooden picks.
Heat, covered, on roast for 10 minutes.
Spoon remaining sauce over ham rolls.
Top with pineapple slices.
