Ham Bites Recipe
Ingredients
| Neufchatel cheese | 3 Ounce, softened | |
| Apple | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dijon Mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 Cup finely chopped reduced-fat, low-salt ham | ||
| 12 Miniature bagels, split | ||
| Shredded cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), smoked | |
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Stir in ham.
Spread ham mixture evenly over bagel halves.
Place on an ungreased baking sheet, and bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle bagels with Gouda cheese, and bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
