 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon (Ham Balls:)
 Preserves1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cherry Sauce:)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon (Cherry Sauce:)
 Ground cinnamon1 Teaspoon (Cherry Sauce:)
 Ground allspice1/4 Teaspoon (Cherry Sauce:)

Directions

Assemble Food Grinder with Fine Disc.
Grind bread, ham, veal, and onion into a bowl.
Add eggs, parsley, milk, and pepper to bowl; mix well.
Shape into walnut-size balls.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Add ham balls and brown on all sides over medium heat, then cook covered over low heat for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, for cherry sauce, mix all ingredients in small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
Put ham balls into warm shallow serving bowl and pour sauce over balls.
