Ham Balls In Berry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cups cubed, fully cooked ham | ||
| 3 slices bread, torn in pieces | ||
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons shortening or salad oil | ||
| Cranberry sauce | 1 8 Ounce, jellied | |
| 1 tablespoon bottled steak sauce | ||
| Brown sugar | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salad oil | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Place 1/2 Cup in blender; blend till coarsely chopped.
Set aside.
Repeat.
Put bread, eggs, and milk in blender; blend to combine.
Mix with ham; shape into 18 balls.
Brown balls in hot oil.
Drain.
Place remaining ingredients in blender; blend smooth.
Pour over balls.
Cover; cook 20 minutes.
Set aside.
