Ingredients
| Butter margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Celery stalks | 2 , finely chopped | |
| 1 medium-sized onion, minced | ||
| Ham | 3/4 pound | |
| Ground pork | 3/4 pound | |
| 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked | ||
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 2 | |

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. In 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook celery and onion until tender
2. In large bowl, mix ham, pork, oats, milk, salt, and eggs. Stir in vegetable mixture. Shape meat mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place ham balls in 15 1/2 by 10 1/2 jelly-roll pan. Bake 45 minutes or until ham balls are browned.
3. Meanwhile, prepare Apricot Sauce.
4. When ham balls are done, transfer to saucepan containing sauce. Cook over low heat about 5 minutes to blend flavors.
