Ham Apple Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 1/2 cups chopped fully cooked ham | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tart apple | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise | ||
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 8 hamburger buns, split and toasted | ||
Directions
In saucepan cook ham, celery, and onion in margarine or butter till vegetables are tender but not brown, 6 to 8 minutes.
Stir chopped apple, sour cream, salad dressing or mayonnaise, and horseradish into ham mixture; heat through over low heat.
Spoon the hot mixture into buns.
