Ham Appetizer Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped pimiento
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 slices cooked ham
Stuffed olives or gherkins for garnish
Directions
1. Mix the green pepper, celery, and pimiento together.
2. Mix the mustard with the lemon juice and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over the vegetables, and mix well.
3. Divide equally between the four slices of ham, fold over and secure with wooden picks.
4. Arrange on a serving dish, and garnish with stuffed olives or gherkins cut into fan shapes.
