Ingredients

 1/2 cup cooked wild rice or enriched white rice
 Cider vinegar1/2 Teaspoon
 Mayonnaise1 Tablespoon
 2 ounces cooked green peas
 Ham1 1/2 Ounce, diced
 1 ounce Cheddar cheese, grated, or 1 medium egg, hard-cooked and chopped
 Dill pickle1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Chives1 Teaspoon, minced
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In bowl combine rice, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Stir in mayonnaise.
Add remaining ingredients; toss.
Chill.
