Ham And Wild Rice Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup cooked wild rice or enriched white rice | ||
| Cider vinegar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 ounces cooked green peas | ||
| Ham | 1 1/2 Ounce, diced | |
| 1 ounce Cheddar cheese, grated, or 1 medium egg, hard-cooked and chopped | ||
| Dill pickle | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Chives | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In bowl combine rice, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Stir in mayonnaise.
Add remaining ingredients; toss.
Chill.
