Ham And Turnip Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 c. diced purple top turnips | ||
| Ham | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Biscuits | 1 Can (10oz) | |
Directions
Put turnips in mixing bowl; sprinkle with sugar.
Add ham and onion and mix well.
Pour into 8 x 10 inch baking dish; shake to level out.
Space biscuits on top of casserole so they won't run together.Cook in 320° oven until biscuits are brown.
