Ingredients

 Bacon1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cut into pieces
 Onion1 Small, chopped
 Green bell peppers2 To taste, cut into strips
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finley sliced
 Canned tomatoes19 Ounce, diced
 Cooked rice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Thyme1/2 Teaspoon
 Cooked ham1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  In an ovenproof skillet, melt bacon and saute onion, green peppers, and garlic.
–  Add other ingredients. Cover and cook in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand to cool.
