Ham And Rice Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cut into pieces | |

| Green bell peppers | 2 To taste, cut into strips | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finley sliced | |
| Canned tomatoes | 19 Ounce, diced | |
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked ham | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
– Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
– In an ovenproof skillet, melt bacon and saute onion, green peppers, and garlic.
– Add other ingredients. Cover and cook in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand to cool.
