Ham And Potato Squares Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked ham | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chili Sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Gelatin envelope | 1 | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups diced, peeled, cooked potatoes | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients.
In saucepan, soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water; stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved.
Stir gelatin mixture into mayonnaise; fold half the gelatin mixture into ham mixture.
Pour into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch dish; chill till almost firm.
Keep remaining gelatin-mayonnaise mixture at room temperature.
Combine potatoes, celery, green pepper, onion, vinegar, salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Fold remaining gelatin-mayonnaise mixture into potato mixture.
Spoon over ham layer; chill till firm.
