Ingredients

 I. 1 1/2 cups chopped or ground ham
 1 envelope plain gelatin
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion2 Tablespoon, minced
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chili Sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Prepared horseradish1 Teaspoon
 Prepared mustard2 Teaspoon
 Tabasco sauce1/4 Teaspoon
 II. 2 cups cooked and diced potatoes
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Onion1 Small, minced
 Green pepper2 Tablespoon, minced
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground pepper1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

I.
In Part I, sprinkle the gelatin on the water, dissolve over low heat, remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients in Part I.
Turn into a medium ring mold and chill until almost firm.
II.
Prepare Part II the same way as Part I.
Dissolve the gelatin first, remove from the heat and stir in all remaining ingredients in Part II.
Pour over the almost firm Part I and chill until set.
Unmold on a chilled platter and garnish with salad greens and tomato wedges.
