|Cooked potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs), cubed or sliced|

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Add green pepper and onion to butter and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the flour, add milk, pepper and salt, stir and cook, continuously, till the mixture thickens.
4. Mix potatoes and ham.
5. Take a 2-quart casserole and transfer the mixture into it.
6. Top with cheese, keep in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
