 Hash browns package1 , shredded
 Vegetable oil3 Tablespoon
 2 cups diced fully cooked ham
 Potato2 Can (10oz), condensed
 Sour cream2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese2 Cup (16 tbs), divided
 Parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded

Directions

In a large skillet, fry hash browns in oil until browned.
Remove from heat, stir in ham, soup, sour cream, 1 -1/2 cups cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Pour into a greased 13-in.x 9-in.x 2-in.baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes
