 Ham3/4 Pound
 Medium3/4 Pound
 Breadcrumbs1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs)

 Brown sugar1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce)
 Water3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce)
 Vinegar1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce)
 Dry mustard1 Tablespoon (Sauce)

Directions

–  Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
–  In a bowl, combine all meatball ingredients, shape into small meatballs, place in a shallow oven-proof dish and set aside.
–  In a bowl, combine all ingredients for sauce, pour over meatballs and bake for 40 minutes. Baste often during cooking process.
–  If you wish, garnish the meatballs with olives, secured with toothpicks.
