Ham And Pork Meatballs Recipe

| Breadcrumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Brown sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce) | |
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce) | |
| Vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce) | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Tablespoon (Sauce) | |
Directions
– Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
– In a bowl, combine all meatball ingredients, shape into small meatballs, place in a shallow oven-proof dish and set aside.
– In a bowl, combine all ingredients for sauce, pour over meatballs and bake for 40 minutes. Baste often during cooking process.
– If you wish, garnish the meatballs with olives, secured with toothpicks.
