Ham And Pineapple Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 3-ounce packages lemon-flavored gelatin | ||
| Pineapple tidbits | 1 13 1/2 Ounce | |
| Salad oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups chopped fully-cooked ham | ||
| 1 cup finely shredded cabbage | ||
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Add enough water to syrup to make 1 cup; stir into gelatin mixture.
Add salad oil.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in pineapple tidbits and remaining ingredients.
Pour into 7 1/2-cup mold; chill till firm..
