Ham And Eggs In Mustard Sauce Recipe

Directions
Heat butter in blazer pan over moderate heat.
Add flour and mustard and cook until mixture bubbles.
Place over boiling water in pan and gradually stir in milk.
Cook and stir until mixture is smooth and thickened.
Add diced ham and hard-cooked eggs cut in eighths and season to taste.
Keep hot until ready to serve.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley
