Ingredients

 Cooked ham2 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
 Sliced mushrooms1 6 Ounce, broiled
 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
 Milk1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup shredded sharp process American cheese
 5 or 6 drops Tabasco sauce
 Soft bread crumbs1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In an ungreased 2-quart casserole, alternate layers of ham, egg slices, and mushrooms, starting and ending with ham.
Combine soup and milk; add cheese and Tabasco sauce.
Heat, stirring till cheese is melted.
Pour over layers in casserole.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs over top.
Bake uncovered in moderate oven (375°) about 25 minutes, or till heated through and crumbs are golden.
If desired, trim with additional hard-cooked egg slices and sprigs of parsley.
Round out the meal with leafy green salad, warmed corn-meal muffins.
