Ingredients

 
1 can ham spread
 
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
 
2 English muffins, split and lightly toasted
 
Salt and pepper
 
4 medium eggs, separated

Directions

Spread ham mixture on muffin halves.
Beat egg whites with mustard, salt, and pepper until stiff but not dry.
Mound egg whites on muffin halves, leaving a well in center.
Slide an egg yolk onto each well.
Pierce yolk 2 or 3 times with tines of a fork.
Place puffs in oblong baking dish.
Cook in Radarange oven 2 to 3 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
