Ham And Egg Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cups white bread cubes, crusts removed | ||
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Green onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained | ||
| 1 cup ham, cut into 1/2 inch cubes | ||
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dash hot sauce | ||
Directions
In 2-quart oblong glass baking dish, place cubed bread.
Sprinkle cheese, green onion and mushrooms over bread.
Top with ham cubes.
In small mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, pepper and hot sauce.
Pour egg mixture over bread, cheese and ham.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 4 minutes.
Microwave at medium (5) 6 to 9 minutes until nearly set.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
