Ingredients

 3 cups white bread cubes, crusts removed
 Sharp cheddar cheese2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Green onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
 1 cup ham, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
 Eggs4 standard
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Dash hot sauce

Directions

In 2-quart oblong glass baking dish, place cubed bread.
Sprinkle cheese, green onion and mushrooms over bread.
Top with ham cubes.
In small mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, pepper and hot sauce.
Pour egg mixture over bread, cheese and ham.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 4 minutes.
Microwave at medium (5) 6 to 9 minutes until nearly set.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
